Placing an Order

The customer selects a service based on the information available on the website. Where necessary, the final service details may be clarified through communication with the customer.

An order is considered received once its details have been successfully recorded in the system and/or the customer has received an order confirmation.

For services linked to a specific date, location, event, or individual requirements, final details may be agreed separately with the customer.

Price and Online Payment

Date-Specific Services

Photography/videography, event organization, Drone Show, equipment rental, and other services may be booked in advance for a specific date and time.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct date, time, and location when placing an order. If a change is required, the customer should notify Dynamic Studio as early as possible.

Weather and Objective Circumstances

Drone filming, Drone Show, and other outdoor services may depend on weather conditions, technical safety requirements, applicable restrictions, and other objective circumstances.

If the service cannot be performed safely or legally for reasons beyond the parties' control, Dynamic Studio will discuss with the customer rescheduling the service or another appropriate solution.

Customer Obligations

The customer must:

• provide accurate and genuine contact information;
• pay the agreed service fee on time;
• provide the information required for performance of the service;
• comply with the terms agreed between the parties;
• not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of third parties.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

The design, texts, photographs, videos, graphic materials, logo, and other content published on the website are protected, to the extent the relevant rights exist, by applicable intellectual property law.

The terms governing the use, transfer, publication, or commercial use of materials created by Dynamic Studio for a specific order may be agreed separately with the customer.
